We provide physiotherapy services at Napanee Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
Initial Physiotherapy Assessment - 1 hour
Are you in pain? Is your restricted mobility or pain affecting what you want to do? Book an hour physiotherapy assessment and you will meet one of our registered physiotherapists where they will gather your health history, assess how you move and get to the root of your physical problem. You will receive education, exercises and treatment on your first visit.

Physiotherapy Treatment -
30 minutes
Physiotherapy treatment frequency will be at the discretion of your physiotherapist and be based off your needs and goals. They are 30 minutes in length and will be tailored to your physical problem, but may include manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, taping, stretching and strengthening exercises, ultrasound, ice, heat, or IFC.
Napanee Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation offers Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Therapy, and Registered Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapy Assessment or Treatment - 1 hour
Your initial assessment will include a brief history and look at your movement and goals for your sessions. Registered Massage Therapy can help reduce pain and improve mobility. Whether recovering from an injury, preventative maintenance or relaxation, RMT can help you!
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Assessment - 1 hour
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is a specialized physiotherapy service and can help both males and females with pelvic floor dysfunction.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Treatment - 30 minutes
Pelvic Floor Physio Treatments are 30 minutes in length and may include manual therapy, both internal and external, as well as education and exercises to help you through your concerns.
